In my current role at inDrive, I have taken ownership of the Egypt region, ensuring seamless operations and serving as the main point of contact for any issues or opportunities that arise. One of my primary responsibilities involves monitoring and improving key metrics such as deals, Gross Merchandise Value GMV, and revenue on a daily basis. By investigating and addressing any reductions in metrics promptly, I have consistently maintained optimal performance levels.

Additionally, I have extensive experience in cross functional collaboration, working closely with departments such as SBA, Marketing, and Product to facilitate effective communication and coordinate efforts aimed at enhancing our services. I have also played a pivotal role in special projects, including partnerships with industry leaders, to increase demand and attract new clients to our services.

Moreover, my proficiency in analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint enables me to provide in depth a
