Hello, my name is Myrose Etman, I worked at Agro Misr company in the Sales and Marketing department, where I contacted the clients from Poland, Canada, USA, and Germany through phone calls and emails about our products and offers.

In 2021 I worked in marketing agency as: Content writer, Account moderator, Writing articles in both English and Arabic.

I spent 6 years teaching English. Also in 2022, I worked for a year and 7 months as a Customer Service Agent at Octopus Outsourcing, handling customer inquiries and supporting them via phone, email, and chat in English and Arabic as I was serving customers from gulf countries.
I consistently achieved all KPIs and earned a certificate for ranking 1 on the floor.
My latest job was a Freelance Account Manager and Customer Support at CDL City Training School in the USA, In this role, I made monthly content plans, and fixed a number of calls daily, responded to all comments and messages, updated records, and prepared daily reports.
