Team work and commitment with dedication are not the only values I uphold. Interpersonal and effective communication with colleagues and others in relationship helps build a better and sound environment that enables ones survival and prosperity.

Gender Diversity and diversity in culture do exist but getting a balance in both makes one to stand firm on decisions and actions that add value to progressing and prospering in the living world.

Given the values, and believes in diversity, my function in management, curriculum development, research, data mining and nursing are treated and nurtured in a manner that gives satisfaction to me, my colleagues, and those working with me to make a difference in little but lasting ways.

My Country is so diverse in culture, geographical location, languages, and natural environment. Working in much diverse society encourages me to approach lessons with a attitude of learning in ways that brings empowerment and motivation that enhances people lives.
