I have extensive experience in customer relations roles. I began as a Senior Support for Amazon UK accounts while working in a BPO. Later, I transitioned to Virtual Assistance, starting with Chat support for cryptocurrency accounts. I also held part time roles as an Appointment Setter, primarily managing bookings and addressing service inquiries, and as a Social Media Manager, where I created posts for a career coach client on LinkedIn and responded to messages.
However, my primary expertise lies as a Lead Customer Service representative for multiple e commerce platforms, predominantly Shopify. Consequently, I am confident in my proficiency with Shopify and our primary customer service software, Zendesk. Additionally, I am knowledgeable of CRM systems. I also have had experience in some administrative roles such as recruitment, payroll, and creating workflows based on each clients business processes and policies.
