I graduated from commerce faculty of Ain shams university, accounting department.I worked as a data entry clerk at national bank of Egypt for 2 years, then a 1 year as a customer service representative at an outsource company called Raya at jumia account but after that jumia broke up the contract with Raya then I moved to another company it was a Saudi company has a branch here in Egypt called Sure global technology specialized in software field , i worked there as a customer service representative for 1 year but they wanted to down size the employees so they didnt renew most of our contracts, then i moved to another company called Rowaad, its an Egyptian company in the software field also but serves Saudis i worked there as a customer service representative for 3 months then got promoted to a project coordinator,i had been there for 1 year , i made a resignation and left them to another company called Self medical hub as a customer service representative ive been there for a year
