I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, and as one Ive always managed talking people through their problems and coming up with creative solutions with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Being an attentive listener enables me to find positive resolutions to questions that may appear to be unanswerable.
I have inside knowledge of writing skills necessary for success in the fields of customer service, advertising and sales.
Working in customer service field, Ive had opportunity to work backoffice activities such as inserting invoices and inputing data in clients database.

I have great knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

I also have a lot of experience in teaching languages and my experience in teaching foreigner languages English and Italian to students and children has shown me that I possess effective teaching skills which motivate students towards learning.

Being also very passionate in languages, Im also constantly translating texts basically general types of texts in English and Italian.
