I’m an information professional with extensive experience in resource development and management, strong written communication skills and a knack for research and evaluation.
In my current role as a collection librarian, I manage the children and teen collections team, oversee acquisition of library materials across all ages, and handle content evaluation and analysis. I have also handled proofreading and editing projects for my organization over the years, such as an in house coffee table book on Asian Children’s
Literature and book review recommendations for both internal and external circulation.
I was also a freelance book reviewer for established US trade journal Publishers Weekly from[removed]where I reviewed adults fiction and submitted bi weekly reviews. I also had the chance to interview 2021 Nobel Laureate Abdulrazak Gurnah.
