Nilesh Phadnis

I am NILESH, Software Architect offering more than 16 years of strong domain knowledge and experience in IT industry for various software development projects using object oriented approach in multi-platform environment in diverse domain including Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, Automotive and recently in Storage domain.

I have expertise in design and development of system/embedded applications, proficiency in firmware development and windows device driver projects. I have gained rich exposure in software development in various domains for OEM hardware using domain/device specific standards SMIS, NDMP, Barcode Symbology, TWAIN, CAN, etc.

My core competency is in OOAD, C, C++ on various Windows and Linux platforms. Being part of services industry, I also have experience in several other HLL, scripting languages, assembly language, development tools, technologies and industry standard specifications.
