I have more than 18 years’ working experience in different industries of Quality Assurance Software Testing, Customer services, Call centers, & Sales in Pakistans leading companies Skylines, KE, Pizza Hut, Tele card, ArwenTech and Warid Telecom Pvt. Ltd.. I have exceptionally good understanding of human behavior via all of my Sales and Customer Services Experience.


Recently I am providing my services in Skylines Tech as a “ Customer Support & S.Q.A ”.


I have achieved 3 titles “IBC of the month”, and 2 tiles “employee of the Region”, In K.E as Customer Care Representative. I have also achieved maximum titles of Business Center of the region in 2009 and 2010, and 9 months achievements of title Agent of the Month, for the Month Nov09, Jan 10, Mar 10, April 2011, April 2012, May 2012, June 2012 and July 2012.

I have a good track record of achieving business center sales target with an average of 93% achievements in 2009, 95% achievements in 2010, and 98% achievements
