12 years of Building & Civil Engineering Construction experiences. Well adopted with Pre-contract and post-contract works in Quantity Surveying. Lead QS team in the Construction Company Class A. Good technical knowledge base of the concepts of Quantity Surveying, Building Engineering, and Project Management in Building Construction.

Job Description :
1. Involved in tendering costing, Measurements quantities and prepare Built up rate for tendering proposal submittal.
2. Prepare Elemental Cost Analysis and Preliminary Detail Abstract for the project.
3. Carrying out feasibility studies to estimate materials, machineries and labor costs.
4. Produce monthly cost and value reports and cash flow information.
5. Compare supplier and subcontractor price, negotiating, prepare Letter of Award or Work Order after up bids for tenders and contracts monitoring for each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts.
