In my recent employment experience, Ive been working as a sales and customer service representative. My duties entailed; office work station management, interacting with customers via phone calls, texts and emails, Attending and addressing customers inquiries, solving their problems to their satisfaction, making follow ups and taking records for future reference.

I have also gained skills in leadership and being a leader I have learnt about team work and with the combined efforts from people with different skills, weve achieved a common goal of a certain task. I have also gained problem solving skills In both teaching and customer sales representative and have learnt how to handle customer related challenges effectively. I have good communication skills both verbal and written which has enabled me to communicate ideas and goals clearly with customers, patients, executives and staffs.
