Nwakaego Uwaka

Nwakaego Joan Uwaka is a graduate of the University of Lagos where she studied Public Administration. She began her professional career as a Customer Relations Manager and grew up the ladder in the field.

Nwakaego is committed to personal development and has since taken professional certifications aimed at making her more efficient and productive in the workplace. The most recent being the Virtual Assistant certification from the African Leader Xcelerator Program ALX.

As a virtual assistant, she has mastered the art of effective communication, time management, and successful project management. She also became proficient in using office productive tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com and communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

Away from these technical skills, Nwakaego posseses great core values that sees her treat every job with utmost discipline and professionalism.
