So, instead of retyping a whole column of incorrect information, I move and alter the entire column through shortcuts, conditionally format documents to find duplicates, input restrictions with the data validation function, and so on.

Over the years, Ive honed my skills and developed such a keen eye for detail that I spot several errors at a glance and can fully navigate my way through Microsoft Office tools in general
