Olindita Das

Born and brought up in Guwahati, Assam, I studied in a convent school and completed my graduation from a government college. After that I did a diploma in Interior designing and started preparing for competitive exams. I started working as a freelance HR recruiter at a startup firm named Town Recruiters, Delhi.It was during this time I developed an interest to pursue MBA.I completed my MBA from NIT Silchar with HRM as specialization. I did internship at NF Railway and Navyam Consultancy where I got both the exposure of public as well as private HR dept. I joined Kotak life through campus & worked as Recruitment & development manager where I had to recruit from different segments through online and offline mode. I led a team of 4 and had to train and develop them. I worked for 9 months and moved to Noida after my marriage. I joined Implex Edu as an HR manager responsible for recruitment of ASM & SR for NE region.I am eager to work with a company to contribute my optimism & skills.
