In my pervious role as an IT support specialist , I have gained extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for users of all levels, software troubleshooting, network connectivity issues, and M365 problems. I have also in my past experiences assisted in the implementation of new hardware and software systems, as well as the maintenance of existing ones.

My expertise in working with a wide range of technologies, including Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and VPNs, has allowed me to provide exceptional support to users with diverse technical backgrounds.
