My name is Patrick and I’m 28 this year. My interest revolves around tech and gadgets and I love my coffee extra strong.

I had the chance of working in various industries namely from customer service right up to civil works and discovered that I enjoy working when the job requires the need to be precise and meticulous.

Having been involved wth Malaysia’s leading startup E-commerce, inadvertently I became a very curious individual. I wanted to know what caused certain gaps in the end-to-end operations process. Hence, I accepted challenges that came my way and designed strategies by studying the required mechanics to meet the current E-commerce market expectations. In short, I became a problem-solver. I've been involved in E-Commerce Operations scaling for various brands in Malaysia.

Perseverance is stubbornness with a purpose. I believe that being focused is the key to succeeding in any role and the need to always challenge one’s self keeps the momentum up and running
