In my versatile experience of 19 years, I have been passionate about every role that came my way which helped me keep my keen interest in constantly learning and challenging myself from time to time.
I have started my career as an IT recruiter from where I have challenged myself and moved slowly into various roles across Consulting, Sales, Pre sales, Business Analysis, Product Management, Data Management, Records Management, Retention Management, Regulatory and Data Protection arenas.
Very proficient with planning and developing a business case, project/product roadmap and a plan, lead the team, solving the issues technical, non technical that arises, guiding the change management team and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
I also have been a major contributor in developing Governance Frameworks, Operating models, RACI etc.
My past 10 years as Stream Lead equivalent to Product Manager have been exclusively into dealing with data, implementing regulatory projects and the tools
