I’m a creative, determined and diligent worker who is comfortable in single and multiple project environments.
I spent 16 years as a developer at Nedbank. Although development was my main function, working with the users was my passion. Obtaining requirements, testing and supporting the applications required patience, understanding and trust. Categorizing all support calls allowed the monitoring and potential updating of applications based on live user feedback.
I’m a strong communicator and have a passion for ensuring trust and understanding between clients and developers.
