Peter Kamidi

I am an experienced HR professional with over 7 years in the field, working in various HR roles that have provided me with a deep understanding of both strategic and operational aspects. My HR journey began as an HR Apprentice and Coordinator at the Fairmont Mt. Kenya Safari Club, where I built a solid foundation in HR operations. I then served as an HR Officer at The Nairobi Women’s Hospital, managing recruitment, employee relations, engagement, performance, and talent management.

Recognizing my passion for Talent Acquisition, I transitioned to Talent Acquisition Officer and was later promoted to Senior Human Resource Officer, a position I currently hold. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management, and I have recently completed the CHRP program at the same institution, awaiting certification.
