I am excited to apply for the position, bringing a strong academic foundation in Web and Data Science and hands on experience in developing machine learning models. At GridSecurity, Inc., I designed end to end ML pipelines, achieving 86% accuracy in ticket assignment using NLP and creating a temporal information extraction script with Tesseract OCR. During my research internship at the University of Koblenz, I developed an expert system for pandemic decision making, honing my data analysis and case based reasoning skills. My master’s thesis focused on synthesizing tumour budding tissues using StyleGAN2 ADA to address dataset scarcity in colorectal cancer diagnosis. This involved training and evaluating classifiers on synthetic and real data, showcasing deep learning, GANs, and medical imaging expertise. I am proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Docker, and PySpark, with experience in predictive modelling, NLP, and data visualization. I am eager to bring my technical expertise.
