Pratik Jain

Hi, I'm Pratik, a lawyer by profession and a practicing advocate at Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur and other sub-ordinate Courts and Tribunals in Jaipur.

I have done my Bachelors' in Business Administration and Law from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.

I have over an years' experience in dispute resolution - contractual matters, wherein I have assisted my seniors at Singh & Associates, Gurugram in handling complex infrastructure contract arbitrations.

My services involve giving legal advice to individuals and businesses, reviewing and drafting contracts to help my clients minimise and mitigate their risks and liabilities, and I also represent clients in Courts, Arbitration, Tribunals and Commissions.

I'm looking forward to closely work with early startups and small businesses in order to offer them the requisite legal advice and draft contracts and other legal documents to minimize the liabilities and risks involved in complex transactions that a business enter into.
