About Me
I am an individual that understands and respects the need to serve and maintain a level of service to ensure customer satisfaction. I have experience in administrative, sales, sales admin, customer care, customer service, warehousing, inventory, reporting daily inventory sales, invoicing, complaints statistics to management on a daily basis. I have served customers both on the field and from the office in the automotive industry for the past 19 years. In 2003 I came into the company as a Warehouse assistant and progressed in the company. In 2004 was promoted to Customer Care department. Between 2005 and 2016 I was given an opportunity to go into the field and visit clients, maintain and build relationships, help build the business and get new clients. In 2017 I became the National Sales administrator to current.
