My professional journey began at Tribe Consulting as a Customer Support Representative and later I advanced to the role of Team Lead. In this capacity, I successfully managed and trained a team of support agents, developed effective support strategies, and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction.
Currently, I am employed at Motive as a Technical Support Specialist, where I tackle complex technical issues and provide advanced troubleshooting. This role has further sharpened my problem solving abilities and enhanced my capacity to address technical inquiries with precision and empathy.
