As a customer oriented and organized professional with a strong ability to work with minimal supervision, I have developed a successful career in various roles within the customer service industry. Beginning my journey in the BPO industry in 2004, I initially focused on customer services before transitioning to technical roles and eventually becoming a QA analyst for three years. My skills in email and chat support were honed during my time at a publishing company, where I also worked as a chat and email support manager.

Since 2020, I have been working from home, balancing my career with my role as a mother of five children. This flexibility allows me to devote time to my family while excelling in my professional endeavors, including my current position as a collection and billing specialist. Despite my busy schedule, I make time for my passions, including music, sports, and spending time in nature with friends and family – especially at the beach, which is a favorite getaway for me.
