Rachita Sinha

Hello! My name is Rachita Sinha, and I am an Executive Assistant, currently residing in Bengaluru. I have done my post graduation on MBATourism & Travel Management from Christ University, Bengaluru. In my early career I worked as a travel consultant majorly focusing on driving sales of international holidays department of the company. However, post serving 3+ successful years in the travel industry I realized I was even better at handling operations rather than sales. Therefore, I switched over to a role which was more suitable for my skill set. Over the past 5years I have worked as an Executive Assistant in McKinsey & Company where Ive had the privilege of supporting high level executives. I’ve managed complex schedules for Associate Partners, effectively scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements, optimizing time management and prioritizing key client studies and engagements while delegating non critical tasks to associates. Ive led s
