I am Racy Panoy, a former Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsourcing Company. In the past few years. I worked in a challenging environment and was trained to be precise in achieving our goals. I learned to be an efficient salesperson and gained a lot of experience and skill sets like handling pressure and dealing with different types of customers. I applied this in our Family Business which I manage right now doing Inventory, Sales Customer Service, and Social Media Management.
