Ive been in the BPO industry since year 2011 revolving around the Telco industry, namely AT&T, Bell Mobility in Canada, and T Mobile USA. I took my leadership carrier as a Team Manager for T Mobile account handling General Care LOB or CSR Team. In my 3 year tenure as a Team Manager, I have participated in many training like Lead First and Bankable Leadership and some lead training where I learned and improved my admin and management skills. I was also shortlisted and trained for an Operations Manager role before leaving the company due to the global pandemic.

After transitioning to remote work, I became a Quality Analyst for a mail advertising company. Additionally, I spent nearly three years as a freelance live chat and email support for a US based Fintech digital gold coin wallet platform company. This role allowed me to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences in the digital landscape, enabling me to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
