I started working as a customer service since 2010 in different companies, I can understand the technical details of different applications, from different perspectives.
I like to be in contact with customers and explain the different situations in the easiest ways.
I have the consciousness that these details are not that easy to get for everyone and I do realize how patient and how detailed an agent needs to be to do a successful job.
