Hello, my name is Raquel Consulta, I am excited and thrilled to be able to have this opportunity
and introduce myself as a candidate for the role.
I had been working as TSR/CSR for 8 years with 3 different companies, Convergys, Cognizant
and JP Morgan Chase and Co.
This allowed me to obtain a wide set of skills and possess sufficient experience handling a
diverse set of customers people of different backgrounds, age and professions.
I am very grateful for what I have become A customer Service Oriented professional and an
effective communicator.
With my dynamic career, dedication and hardwork, I have been awarded multiple certificates
and awards such as being a consistent best and top agent for several months. This was with
one of the most established financial institutions, JP Morgan Chase and Co.
Throughout these years of learning and getting better everyday, I have been promoted as a
