Hi There! my name is Rasmia Jalal, a 29 year old, an Associate I.T graduate and BS Tourism undergraduate from Zamboanga City, Philippines.
Im an introverted person who enjoys spending time alone, but I also love to travel and explore different places in the Philippines.
I have 5 years of experience working in a BPO company, where I provided customer support and technical support for various accounts such as travel, healthcare, and Telco.
After working in the BPO industry for 5 years, I decided to shift my career and become a freelancer.
As a freelance virtual assistant for 3 years, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in handling administrative tasks, travel planning, data encoding/entry, and e commerce.
Aside from my experience as a virtual assistant, I have been attending seminars and boot camps to enhance my programming skills.
As a result, I am now knowledgeable in creating basic websites using HTML5, CSS, Visual Basic, JavaScript, and PHP.
