Hello, Im Januar Lloyd Credo, though most friends call me Lloyd. Im a father of two talented children and a graduate of a 2 year vocational course at AMA Computer Learning Center in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. In my free time, when the weather allows, I enjoy mountain trekking and cycling. These activities not only help me relax but also allow me to connect with people and nature around me.
During my college years, I managed to work as a student to finance my studies, an experience that was both exhausting and rewarding. I worked as a service crew at a well known bakeshop and donut store, where I primarily learned the value of honesty, hard work and dedication.
My career in the call center industry began in 2007 as a technical support representative. I started on the graveyard shift, embracing the challenges of overnight work and adapting to the demands of being a call center agent.
