Responsibilities:
 Managing the BIM & CAD team and carry out work with quality as per schedule.
 Preparing programme of work for projects and directing the executing team to finish the project on time &
shooting the problems and giving strength to the execution team.
 Working knowledge in BIM Software’s like Revit MEP, Navisworks, &SP3D ,Autocad ,SPR , CAD Pipe.
 Reviewing consultant’s design drawings and specification.
 Propose value engineering.
 Highlight the discrepancies in the contract drawings / specification and raise RFIs accordingly.
 Create 3D model of MEP services based on contract drawings, Specifications and technical submittals REVIT,
Autodesk Fabrication CAD mep, AutoCAD MEP etc..
