In my years of working in customer service and sales roles in sectors, like banking and finance well as corporate services Ive honed my abilities in engaging with customers effectively and managing relationships to boost retention rates. Ive had the opportunity to collaborate with companies such as Dubai Islamic Bank, Dun & Bradstreet Rak Bank, Genpact and HSBC where I have consistently played a role, in enhancing customer happiness increasing sales figures and refining service standards.

During my job, at the Service Team in the Retention Office of Dubai Islamic Bank I focused on studying customer behavior discussing with clients and creating plans to keep important accounts. My effective communication skills knack for understanding customer requirements and emphasis on finding solutions have enabled me to establish trust and enduring connections, with clients.
