Ruth Manuel

My name is Ruth but you can call me Chi. I worked iin Jollibee Foods Corporation for 28 years and had my retirement last 2021 during pandemic. I had an experience in Restaurant Operations for 8 years and moved to the training department for the next 10 years. I gained competency on training from training needs analysis to evaluation and assessment. I also handled the training curriculum for marketing and sales for the operations people from crew level to store manager level. I moved to the National Key Accounts group after for 4 years and that is where I used the principles that I have been teaching when I was in training department. When our company became global, we hired a Chief Executive Adviser and became his Executive Assistant for 2 years. I then moved to Corporate Finance as Project Manager handling the clean up of our masterdata across all brands acquired by our company.

I hope my learnings and experiences will be of great help for company who will next be part of my career.
