Previous roles include preparing design files for printing at Prints of Love, LLC, creating promotional materials tailored to brand identity guidelines at Aurea by Ana Aragay, and excelling as a Netflix Supervisor at Arvato Digital Services, where I led a team to deliver exceptional customer service using analytical reporting tools. Additionally, I am proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for seamless communication.
