As a Customer service Manager for a multinational company and a bank respectively, I was responsible for: Implementation of policies with respect to Customer Service operations, Carrying out key account management activities on existing accounts with a view towards customer retention, Ensuring timely preparation and rendition of reports to internal and external parties as required from time to time and Prepare performance report by collecting, analysing and summarizing data and trends. My main task is to serve customers by planning and implementing strategies and operations, improving system and processes and managing staff for maximum efficiency.
