i work as attendance specialist in labor relation department at philip morris Limited pvt pakistan
my job disruption is below:
• Also involved in Data capturing, study analysis, Statistical analysis, Trend reports Result interpretation
• To maintain daily required strength,
• Generating attendance sheet from oracle software.
• Comparison of attendance sheet with manual attendance.
• Updating manual attendance in excel sheet on daily basis.
• Updating roaster of all labor at u7.
• Updating roaster of all labor at Multan w/h.
• To check the in and out time off all workers.
• In case of extra overtime, preparation of extra over time approval form.
• Checking of shift roasters.
• Marking exit of left over employees.
• Data entry of new employees in oracle software
• Comparison of salary sheet with the employees’ actual attendance.
• In any case of deduction or excess in days or overtime, reporting to by Email head office.
