I have experienced professional with tourism planning and Tourism Development Strategic Plan for each provinces related to tourism for instance, Stung Treng which is engaged by 4Ps Public Private Partnership and People for sustainable tourism development. Besides, I have been involving with the stakeholders, especially departments of tourism of the provinces to publish CBT/CBET Directory for Cambodia which is in charge of the pro-poor and community-based tourism office. Within this office, I have engaged in CBT Development Planning and CBT Trainings, homestay standard working group, coastal zone development strategic plan working group, Community-based tourism and ecotourism law working group.
