During my professional journey, I have become motivated to always give my best to make sure all expectations are met, this can be seen in my previous role where I was entrusted to manage a project, even though I’ve only been in my role for under a year.
I take responsibility for my work and if there is something that needs improving I won’t stop until it is corrected. This applies to both individual work and teamwork as well.
Im innovative and always seek to simplify things so that it is better understood by both myself and others.
I’m always open to constructive criticism and a keen learner, I am always willing to learn new things, to both improve myself and my performances.
I always give my best to produce the best possible results I can – I am very critical of myself and always pushing myself to do better.
I am comfortable working individually or within a team. I am always willing to help and support my team mates in any way I can. I am friendly and I get along well with others.
