About Me
My name is Shakir Hussain SH and I have done MBA in the field of Supply Chain Management, I am currently working for 1888Mills LLC as a Supply Chain and Marketing Manager, this is a USA Terry Towel Company. I am taking care Target Stores, Dollar General & Bealls Accounts, these are USA large retailers. I also do the product costing for Mill of America facility.
I do demand/inventory/replenishment planning for Target Store to provide demand/inventory visibility for complete year, since we do shipments from Pakistan to USA so long lead time is always a challenge. I do planning using the historical sales information and current sales trend, my goal is to manage inventory to achieve 97% fill rates at retail store while maintaining 6 turns at Distribution Center.
I think I am best at handling the, data analyzing, identifying the trends and seasonality, reporting, inventory management, production planning and distribution and customer service.
