I bring over six years of corporate experience in the administrative field, along with a year of freelancing expertise in digital marketing, focusing on social media marketing for brand visibility, content curation, page optimization, and basic design and video editing. As a Project Administrator for the LRT Line 1 Mitsubishi Corporation and the initial stage of the subway project, my role encompassed comprehensive administrative work: setting and scheduling meetings, liaising between clients, government bodies, international subcontractors, and our headquarters in Tokyo; managing reimbursements and invoices; coordinating with hotels, suppliers, and management; and preparing reports such as monthly progress updates. I also handled email templates, document control, permit applications, visa processing, and assisted in the preparation for government audits.
