I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration BBA degree with a specialization in Finance & Investment from Siam University, Bangkok. With internship experience of six months, I have gained valuable practical experience in Finance/Controlling/Accounting aspects of business. I believe I am an excellent candidate for the customer service representative position due to my strong communication and problem solving skills, honed through my internships and academic experiences. My ability to empathize with customers, combined with my patience and adaptability, allows me to handle various customer service scenarios effectively. Additionally, my experience in creating presentations and conducting business research equips me with the tools to explain complex information clearly and provide well informed responses.
