My name is Simon, living in Kenya
For the past 2 years, I’ve been working as an agent and dispatcher for Safer Road Rescue.
I have some background in customer service since Ive always worked as a service provider in all the companies Ive worked for.
Throughout my career, I’ve noticed that I’ve always been good with numbers and handling data.
For example, when I was working at Safaricom Home fiber, I led a project to migrate all clients from a point to point wireless connection to fiber connection which was mor reliable and cost friendly. The new solution was a much better fit for the business.
