I am passionate about BPM and related consulting activities. I have worked with leading Fortune 500 firms in the areas of business process improvement, process optimization, road-map planning and product evaluations. I bring across experience in business areas including Public Sector, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, Retail, with expertise in setting up business process architecture, conducting re-engineering exercises, setting up BPM governance structure and more. I have worked in different engagements in Continental Europe, UK, South-East Asia, South Africa, Middle East and India.
Currently I am working with European Commission to ensure that all BPM related requirements gathering for sectors like Customs, Taxation and Excise are closely followed and making sure that every step taken in the DG TAXUD project is the right one, every documented BPM is understandable and every process driven action is useful.
