I am well versed in performance monitoring and evaluation for health related programs with strong data analysis skills and am proficient in STATA, SPSS, GIS, ODK and KoBo toolbox, Adobe, R, Canva, PowerBi, Tableau Public, and ATLAS. ti, Epi info, Epi data, MS Excel, and MS Access as well as conversations in HMIS reporting systems and the HMIS tools and DHIS2. My technical skills are also complimented by strong interpersonal communication skills, capacity building skills, highly productive, and innovative with good analytical thinking skills and strategic vision. I have demonstrated experience and expertise with behavioral surveillance surveys, research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, sampling techniques, and establishing M&E systems. I have more than 10 years of professional M&E experience working with large, complex, and high impact International and national level organizations in the health across health systems strengthening.
