Got promoted to IS Support Specialist. Decided to shift my career and work in BPO industry as Customer Service Representative handling Amazon UK D2 Account in Alorica Teleservices Inc. for 1 year in total. Hired as Helpdesk Analyst for 5 months handling Prudential GBTS account working in Seven Seven Global Services Inc. and company decided to lay off every employee that they have working in Prudential GBTS. Applied and got hired as Analyst in HCL Tech company handling Dollar General Account w/ zero knowledge in POS System. Recognized as top 3 to 5 performer consecutive for 11 months supporting 19,169 Dollar General stores. Now, trying to continue my career that align to my skills and knowledge.
