I have a degree in Mass Communication.
I have worked in customer service since graduation, once simultaneously as a manager.
I have been privileged to work in the biggest hospitality industry in Nigeria as a customer service agent where I connected to over fifty 50 guests daily. I have honed the ability to handle difficult guests, I have great communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
I currently work as a personal assistant where I exhibit great discretion, planning, management, organizational, proactive, research, administrative and virtual assistant skills.

I am proficient in Microsoft suites, Excel, Adobe premiere, Adobe Audition, OPERA Hotel Management.
