With nearly 13 years of experience in the BPO and call center industry, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service across multiple channels, including voice, chat, and email support. My expertise spans several industries, having supported technical accounts with Melbourne IT, worked with PayPal Australia, and served as a Chargeback Analyst and Risk Operations Analyst for U.S. banks such as Rushcard and Chimebank.

I have also contributed as a Bank Operations Trainer, where I helped shape training programs for operational excellence. My work with leading e commerce companies like Catch.com.au and Mydeal.com.au has further honed my skills in managing payment related concerns, disputes, claims, chargebacks, and fraud investigations. In particular, I’ve served as a Subject Matter Expert SME, assisting customer service teams in Manila with complex payment issues, including disputes and claims involving PayPal, Klarna, LatitudePay, and ZipPay.

My background equips me with a
