Tantowi Rizki

Hello, I am Tantowi Rizki, a Management student at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia UPI with a deep interest in Human Resources HR. I have significant experience in HR management, which I have honed during my internship at Jiwa Insan as the Vice Chair of Human Resources Development. There, I led strategic initiatives such as the drafting of internal policies, recruitment processes, as well as supervision and development of divisions to support organizational goals.

In addition, I actively contributed to campus organizations, including serving as Director of the Social and Religious Department at the Management Student Association and Research and Development staff at BEM Kema FPEB UPI.
