Graduated in Computer Science, for 5 years in the Software Quality area in national development companies, investigating and implementing the quality of products in the Certfy, Biopass ID and SuperPrático line. Defined and implemented quality assurance and planning strategies with improvement actions for the teams products and processes, using tools such as: Azure DevOps for management, Cypress for test automation and Postman and Swagger for API testing. I have the ability to deal with complex issues and problems of systemic dimensions that require good business vision. Clear and objective didactic communication that provides ease of training, problem solving and relationships with different organizational levels. Great capacity to work under pressure. I developed content for training with technical topics such as Behavior Driven Development BDD and Gherkin, also acting as a Facilitator and Speaker for the WIV project, causing a restructuring in the companys internal process.
